When should I use backup ordering?

Use it if the app won’t load, checkout errors out, or you can’t access your account. If the app is working, please order there—it’s the fastest way to reserve items.

What information do you need from me?

Your name, best contact method, the items/quantities you want, and your preferred pickup or delivery option. If you’re ordering for an event, include the date and any timing notes.

Is my backup order guaranteed?

Not until you receive a confirmation message from us. We bake in small batches, so availability can change quickly.

Can I request substitutions?

Yes—tell us what you’re flexible on (flavor, size, assortment). We’ll suggest the closest match if something sells out.

How fast will you respond?

We respond as quickly as possible during preorder windows. If you’re ordering for the same day, please note that in your message.

What if I need a wedding cake or catering?

Backup ordering is best for weekly drops and small-batch boxes. For weddings and events, please use the inquiry flow on Wedding Cakes & Catering so we can plan properly.
