Everything is designed to be easy on busy weeks: a weekly menu, a clear cutoff, and a smooth pickup. Here’s what to expect from the moment the drop goes live to the moment you’re enjoying your treats.

1) Watch for the weekly drop

Each week we publish a curated menu of artisan breads, pastries, and mini indulgences. Quantities are limited so we can keep everything small-batch and beautifully finished.


2) Preorder in the app

Open the app to browse items, choose quantities, and check out. Your account, order history, and (if applicable) membership all live there.


3) We bake to order

Once the preorder window closes, we bake and assemble your order specifically for you—fresh, carefully packed, and timed for the drop.


4) Pick up (or request delivery)

Select your pickup option at checkout. Delivery availability depends on the week and service area—see details before you order so there are no surprises.

Do you keep a daily storefront menu?

I don’t keep a daily storefront menu—The Converse Crumb is preorder-based. Each week I release The Culinary Reserve: my weekend drop of limited-edition, handmade pastries and small-batch bakes in Converse, TX. I bake to order so everything is fresh, intentional, and made in small runs.

When do preorders close?

Each drop has a clear preorder cutoff shown in the app. Once ordering closes, I shift into production—everything is baked and finished for the pickup/delivery window you selected.

Can I order for a specific date?

Yes—just choose from the pickup/delivery dates available for that week’s drop in the app. If you’re planning ahead for a host gift or a weekend table, that’s the easiest way to reserve what you want.

What if something sells out?

Some items are truly limited—especially the intricate tarts, crookies, and other one-time experiments I’m testing that week. If something sells out, it will show as unavailable in the app (and it may not come back the same way again).

Where do I manage my account or membership?

In the app—orders, account details, and membership (if applicable) are all managed at theconversecrumb.club.
