Pickup & delivery, explained in plain English

Because everything is baked to order, timing matters. Here’s what to expect so your pickup or delivery is smooth, quick, and stress-free.

Pickup (Converse, TX)

Select Pickup in the app at checkout. You’ll receive the week’s pickup window and location details with your order confirmation. Please arrive within your window so items stay at their best.


Delivery (limited area)

Choose Delivery in the app to see availability for your address. Delivery is scheduled around the weekly drop and may be limited by route capacity.


Handoff & freshness

We package for travel, but baked goods are happiest when enjoyed soon. If you’re not home, consider pickup or plan a safe, shaded spot for delivery.


Changes & cutoffs

Need to adjust your handoff method? Update your order in the app before the preorder cutoff for that drop. After cutoffs, changes may not be possible.

We’re based in Converse, Texas and serve nearby communities when delivery is available. Exact options and fees are shown in the app at checkout.

Military & base-adjacent areas

Fort Sam Houston, Randolph, Lackland (availability varies by route).

Where is pickup located?

Pickup details are shared in your order confirmation for the week’s drop. We keep it clear and consistent so you can plan ahead.

What if I’m running late?

If you’re going to miss your window, message us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but we can’t always hold items past the pickup time.

Do you deliver to my address?

Enter your address in the app and select Delivery—if it’s available for that drop, you’ll see it at checkout.

Can I change from delivery to pickup (or vice versa)?

Usually, yes—if you update before the preorder cutoff. After cutoffs, changes may be limited because routes and production are already set.

How are items packaged for travel?

Boxes and inserts are chosen to protect delicate pastries and keep breads in great shape. If you have a long drive, bring a flat surface in the car.

What if weather is extreme?

For safety and quality, we may adjust timing or switch to pickup-only for a drop. If anything changes, we’ll notify you through the app.
