How does the weekly preorder model work?

Each week we publish the drop menu in the app. You place your preorder by the posted cutoff, then we bake to order for pickup or delivery during the scheduled window.

Where do I place an order?

Do you offer delivery—and what areas do you serve?

Yes—availability varies by drop. We serve Converse and nearby areas including San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Garden Ridge, Fort Sam Houston, Randolph, and Lackland. See Pickup & Delivery for current details.

Can I buy items same-day?

Most items are bake-on-demand and require preorder. Limited extras may appear in the app when available—checking the app is the fastest way to see what’s in stock.

What’s included in The Culinary Reserve Weekend Drop Basket?

How does the Crumb Club Monthly Tasting Box work?

It’s a membership-style monthly tasting experience with rotating selections and occasional exclusives. You manage membership and scheduling in the app. Details are on the Crumb Club page.

We want you to order with confidence—especially for celebrations and gifting.

Do you list ingredients and allergens?

Yes. We provide ingredient and allergen guidance so you can make informed choices. For the most up-to-date notes, check the item listing in the app and visit Ingredients & Allergens.


Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We’ll always share what we can. Because we bake in a home kitchen, we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.


Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan items?

Occasionally, depending on the drop and recipe testing. When available, they’ll be clearly labeled in the app.


Can I request a custom dessert box or gifting note?

Often, yes—depending on timing and availability. Use the app when a customization option is offered, or reach out via Contact for gifting requests.


How should I store my bread and pastries?

We’ll include care notes when needed. As a general guide: enjoy pastries fresh the day of pickup, and store bread at room temp in a bag or bread box; slice and freeze for longer keeping.
